Offers: Western Illinois

The word: Andrew Lyons, a first-team all-conference performer last fall for Bradford High School, has an offer from Western Illinois with interest coming from a handful of other schools, including Wisconsin and Michigan State. The athletic tackle, who currently carries a 3.9 GPA, helped the Red Devils average 163.6 rushing yards per game in 2016.

No. 19 - Defensive end Caleb Wright

Committed to: Northern Illinois

The word: A multi-sport athlete, Caleb Wright took fifth at state in wrestling (220 pounds) as a junior and also competes in track and field at Brookfield East. The projected defensive end committed to Northern Illinois in June over offers from Western Illinois and South Dakota State. Last fall, Wright, who helped East capture a Division 2 state title, had 44 tackles and eight sacks.

No. 18 - Defensive end Logan Hendrickson

Offers: Minnesota-Duluth, South Dakota State, Illinois State, Indiana State, Northern Illinois, Western Illinois

The word: A 6-foot-5, 230-pound senior, Logan Hendrickson, who had 107 tackles and 3.5 sacks as a junior, has six early offers with interest coming from Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota State, among others. Despite an enrollment of under 300 students, Unity also features Cody Ince, who was hearing from many of the same schools as Hendrickson on the recruiting front before his commitment to Iowa.

"It means a lot to go through the process with my best friend," Hendrickson told BadgerBlitz.com. "It makes me push myself harder and also pushes both of us to do our best at all times."

No. 17 - Offensive lineman Trevor Shohoney

Offers: Army, Western Illinois, Northern Iowa, South Dakota, Illinois State, Buffalo

The word: Over the last handful of recruiting cycles, Franklin has produced a number of Division 1 offensive linemen, a list that includes Levon Myers, Bryan Beck, Vince Hughes and Sam Reutz, among others. Next in line for the Sabers is Trevor Shohoney, a 6-foot-4, 285-pound junior who currently has six scholarship offers. Wisconsin, Iowa and Northern Illinois, among others, have also been in contact.

No. 16 - Defensive end Blake Fehrmann

Offers: Stephen F. Austin, Illinois State, North Dakota, Western Illinois, Buffalo

The word: A first-team all-conference selection who has an ideal frame to add more good weight, Blake Fehrmann recorded 57 tackles and 11 sacks last fall. Outside of his current scholarships, Fehrmann has also heard from Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota and Utah State, among others.

“Minnesota talked to me about being more of a walk-on. They said I could get up to a scholarship if I went to camp, but I did not go to camp," Fehrmann told WisconsinHigh.com. "I talked to PJ Fleck for a little bit, he's just a very hyped-up guy. I talked to the Michigan State coach for a while and that is when he told me they are taking 12-18 guys. He just said if anything was going to happen it will be later in the recruiting process before Signing Day.”
