No.4 Wisconsin did enough offensively in the final minute to beat its in-state rival during a back-and-forth slugfest at Fiserv Forum. Unfortunately, it was the fundamentals – usually a benchmark of the program for the last three decades – that betrayed them most of the night and were the death knell in the final second.

Justin Lewis’ tip-in off a missed free throw was the difference as time expired, giving him a game-high 18 points and Marquette a 67-65 victory over the Badgers in gut-wrenching fashion in Milwaukee Friday night.
