Rodney Hill recently released a top 10 with a disclaimer that his recruitment was still wide open.

Georgia Southern, Colorado, Liberty, Troy, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, West Virginia, Arkansas State and Virginia were all listed by the the three-star athlete from Bulloch Academy in Georgia. And after Wisconsin's offer on Wednesday, the Badgers are expected to be a player for the 6-foot, 180-pound junior moving forward.
