With Wisconsin's 2017 recruiting class close to completion, the coaching staff has used the current contact period to identify talent in the junior cycle.

In the state of Ohio, an annual recruiting territory for the Badgers, 2018 running back Colin Thurman has been in recent contact with staff member Paul Meunier.
