Wisconsin the first to offer 2021 QB Deacon Hill
California quarterback Deacon Hill picked up his first offer from a school located in Big Ten country.
Thursday, Wisconsin assistant coach Jon Budmayr extended a scholarship to the 6-foot-4, 225-pound sophomore from Santa Barbara High School during a recruiting tour through the West Coast.
