Wisconsin targets 2026 Texas RB Davis Penn during unofficial visit
Davis Penn made the trek from Texas to Wisconsin this weekend to get his first look at the Badgers football program.
The 5-foot-10, 190-pound sophomore tailback had an offer in hand when he returned back home to Southlake on Sunday.
