In the 2024 recruiting class, Wisconsin signed three players from the state of Maryland: DL Ernest Willor, RB Dilin Jones and RB Gideon Ituka.

In the current junior cycle, the Badgers are hoping to ride that momentum in the state in their pursuit of Jayden Shipps, a 2025 cornerback who picked up an offer from UW on Wednesday.
