Benedict Umeh hadn't heard much from Wisconsin prior to his offer from the Badgers on Monday.
But once position coach Ross Kolodizej had a chance to review Umeh's transcripts and junior tape, UW added its name to the scholarship list for the 6-foot-5, 260-pound junior defensive end.
