Wisconsin reaches out to three-star ATH Jaylan Franklin
Continuing to put more recruiting focus on the state of Michigan, the Wisconsin coaching staff recently reached out to junior athlete Jaylan Franklin.
A 6-foot-4, 195-pound three-star prospect from Carlson High School, Franklin was able to speak with outside linebackers coach Tim Tibesar.
