Offer No. 1 arrived on Saturday for in-state tight end James Flanigan, who visited for Wisconsin's junior day this weekend.

The Badgers, led by position coach Gino Guidugli, extended a scholarship to the 6-foot-6, 220-pound sophomore from Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay.
