Tight end Dillon Hipp picks up an offer from Wisconsin
Dillon Hipp was in contact this fall with the previous coaching staff at Wisconsin.
But with Luke Fickell and his new assistant coaches almost all in place, the three-star tight end has risen up the Badgers' recruiting board. Thursday, UW sent out an offer to the 6-foot-6, 230-pound tight end from Arizona.
