REPORT: Cizauskas charged

MADISON, Wis. - The state of Wisconsin filed a criminal complaint against Dominic Cizauskas on Monday, according to LivingLakeCountry.com.

The state filed felony charges of third degree sexual assault against Cizauskas, a 2014 inside linebacker from Mukwonago, Wis.
Cizauskas originally committed to the Wisconsin Badgers on June 19, 2013, but did not sign a national letter of intent on National Signing day.
Court records show that Cizauskas was released with conditions on a $500 signature bond.
LivingLakeCountry.com reported that Cizauskas is not to consume alcohol and is barred from contacting the alleged victim. He is also banned from the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.
Cizauskas is scheduled to appear at the Dane County Court House on March 31 at 1:30 p.m. for a status conference.
