MADISON, Wis. - The state of Wisconsin filed a criminal complaint against Dominic Cizauskas on Monday, according to LivingLakeCountry.com.
The state filed felony charges of third degree sexual assault against Cizauskas, a 2014 inside linebacker from Mukwonago, Wis.
Cizauskas originally committed to the Wisconsin Badgers on June 19, 2013, but did not sign a national letter of intent on National Signing day.
