After months of having a 2022 recruiting class including only in-state quarterback Myles Burkett, the Badgers have received non-binding verbal commitments from in-state offensive lineman Barrett Nelson, tight end JT Seagreaves, athlete Cade Yacamelli, cornerback A'Khoury Lyde, wide receiver Tommy McIntosh and defensive tackle Curtis Neal.

Unfortunately, the major story surrounding Wisconsin athletics is the scandal controversy that has surrounded head coach Greg Gard over the past week that involves an audio clip anonymously sent to multiple media outlets that questions the culture of the program by last year’s senior class.
