Wisconsin and Ohio State, which square off Saturday night in Columbus, had some key head-to-head recruiting battles over the last few years. BadgerBlitz.com takes a closer look inside.

BIGGEST WINS FOR OHIO STATE
Recruiting story: One of Paul Chryst's most significant recruiting losses during his time as head coach at Wisconsin came earlier this year when in-state offensive lineman Carson Hinzman chose the Buckeyes over the Badgers. The No. 1 center in the 2022 class took officials to both schools, as well as Iowa and Notre Dame.
"I absolutely appreciate them. They've done everything right," Hinzman said of Wisconsin. "There's been a lot of great guys but like I said, I committed there (to Ohio State). I'm a man of my word and I'm gonna go play for the best fans in the land. That's what I committed to. That's what my family committed to and I'm ready to get to work."
