After his official visit to Wisconsin, Lamarr Watkins said to bury rumors he's wavering on his commitment.
“I’m solid. I’m not going to change my mind,” Watkins said.

Watkins said he enjoyed seeing more of Madison last weekend, hanging out with his host Anthony Davis and a lot of other players, spending more time with the coaching staff and getting a few pictures taken with Ron Dayne.
The coaches talked about the types of things he can do in the offseason to increase his size and speed. He hopes to put on 10-15 pounds of muscle before he reports next summer.
Watkins said he will visit Virginia Tech this weekend, but despite the Hokies coaches constantly trying to talk him out of his Wisconsin commitment, he said he won’t waver.
“I’m just going to check it out,” Watkins said. “I’m just giving them the courtesy of going down there, and give them a chance to hook me up, see what they have to say to me.”
Watkins plans to run track this spring in addition to his weight training.
