2021 DB Justin Walters "exactly what they (UW) were looking for"
After he visited for a spring practice in April, 2021 defensive back Justin Walters picked up an offer from Wisconsin earlier this week.
A 6-foot-1, 170-pound safety from Bolingbrook High School in Illinois, Walters has been in contact with Badgers' assistant coach Inoke Breckterfield.
