Rankings are based off in-person evaluations, film evaluations, recruiting attention and high school accolades.
Prospect: No. 5 Spencer Kanz
High School: Luxemburg-Casco
Height/Weight/Position: 6-foot-6, 275-pound offensive tackle
Offers from: Army, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan, Florida Atlantic, Illinois, Miami (OH), Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan
"As of now Illinois, Miami-Ohio, Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan are probably recruiting me the hardest," Kanz said.
A three-star prospect, Kanz visited Wisconsin in November.
"The visit to Wisconsin was really cool because I grew up rooting for the Badgers all my life," Kanz told BadgerBlitz.com. "I've been to Wisconsin games before but to get an up-close look was really special for me. It was a neat experience.
"All the best players from the state always go to Wisconsin, so it's a huge goal of mine to get an offer from them. That would mean a lot to me."
Notables: Second-team all-conference selection as a junior. Older brother, Evan Kanz, plays for Eastern Illinois.
