Five key remaining transfer portal targets for the Wisconsin Badgers
Wisconsin has added 10 athletes via the transfer portal this offseason, but there is still work to be done at a handful of positions.
With the spring semester at UW set to begin on Jan. 23, BadgerBlitz.com takes a look at five key targets still on the Badgers' transfer board.
USC transfer linebacker Tackett Curtis may be more of a luxury than a need for the Badgers in 2024. But the staff is still in heavy pursuit of the former four-star prospect despite landing inside linebackers Jaheim Thomas, Sebastian Cheeks and Jashiah Galvan via the portal this winter.
Florida State, LSU, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Kansas State and Arizona, among many others, have reached out to Curtis since he entered the portal. But Wisconsin and Ohio State, the two other schools that made up his top three in high school, are believed to be the most likely landing spots.
