Jace Arnold had plenty of opportunities to stay closer to his home in Marietta, Ga., with offers from Florida, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Mississippi, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Tennessee and Vanderbilt, among others.

But on Wednesday, three-star prospect announced his commitment to Wisconsin, a school roughly 850 miles and 12-plus hours away by car.
