Badgers add No. 2 in 2016
During an unofficial visit Sunday, Wisconsin received a commitment from 2016 quarterback
Kare' Lyles, the second pledge for the Badgers in the current cycle.
I'm officially committing to the University of Wisconsin!

March 15, 2015"The Wisconsin offer means a lot," Lyles told Rivals.com earlier this week. "Having both parents come from there is a very important thing. We got to see all the new facilities and add-ons to the school, and it's really exciting. The coaching staff is amazing, too."
The Badgers' offense appears to be an appealing factor as well for Lyles, who joins four-star running back
Antonio Williams in the 2016 class.
"I feel that it's a great fit for me," Lyles said. "They've told me it's 60 percent pro-style and 40 percent spread. Before arriving at Saguaro, I was always in a pro-set offense, so I fit into both schemes. Being in a balanced offense is awesome for me."
A 6-foot, 207-pound prospect from Scottsdale (AZ) Saguaro, Lyles completed 71 percent of his pass attempts for 3,420 yards and 40 touchdowns and only five interceptions this past season in guiding Saguaro to a state championship.
Lyles was accompanied on the trip by his younger brother,
Kayden Lyles, a Rivals100 member in the 2017 class.
Kevin Lyles, Kare's father, and current offensive coordinator
Joe Rudolph were teammates on Wisconsin's 1994 Rose Bowl team.
"When we were taking the tour, we stopped to see Lake Mendota, and looking out I remembered old times and the memories I had there," Lyles said. "It felt like home. I'm still going to go through the process a bit more before I make my decision, but I really felt like home there."
In addition to Wisconsin, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon State, Rutgers and Kansas, according to Lyles, have all been showing strong interest.
