Jahmare Washington had double-digit offers coming into his visit to Wisconsin this weekend, but the Big Ten Conference was not represented on that list.
That changed on Sunday evening when the Badgers extended a scholarship to the 6-foot-2, 170-pound projected cornerback from Chicago.
