Badgers extend birthday offer to 2025 three-star CB Donovan Starr
Donovan Starr, a three-star cornerback from Tennessee, picked no less than 12 scholarships in January.
The most recent offer came on the final day of the month, which also happens to be Starr's birthday. Wisconsin, led by position coach Paul Haynes, extended a scholarship to the 6-foot, 170-pound junior from Ravenwood High School.
