A one-time Oklahoma State commit, Jones joins fellow three-star A'Khoury Lyde as projected corners for UW in this cycle. Overall, Jones is pledge No. 8 for the Badgers in 2022.

As a junior, Jones helped Carroll to 6A-I state championship in Texas. A first-team all-district selection, Jones had 60 tackles, 15 pass breakups and two interceptions last fall.

Jones is Wisconsin's first commitment from the Lone Star State since Nakia Watson and Travian Blaylock in the 2018 class.
