The defensive-minded Gators executed to near perfection holding Virginia to only 17 points in the first half and 22 in the second as Florida decimated the Cavaliers, 65-39. UF was led by Devin Robinson, who recorded a double-double - the fifth of his career – with 14 points and 11 rebounds. But the real star of the game was still the relentless Gator defense, which held Virginia scoreless for almost an eight-minute period spanning from the first half to the second half, allowing Florida to build-up a 23-point lead in the meantime.
