Since 2000, Wisconsin has had had 57 players taken in the NFL Draft, second most in Big Ten and 11th in the country.

2013 NFL Draft Outlook
Ht./Wt./Position UW Prospect The Word Projection
5-10, 212
Montee Ball

Ball, who holds the NCAA Division I-FBS record for most career rushing touchdowns with 77, is widely regarded as the No. 2 running back in this draft behind Alabama's Eddie Lacy. The All-American rushed for 5,040 yards during his four-year career at Wisconsin. 2-3 Round
6-3, 314
Offensive Line
Travis Frederick
Frederick left Wisconsin a year earlier and is regarded as the top center in this draft. The Sharon, Wis., native has the ability to play either center or guard in the NFL. In 2012, he started all 13 games at center and was named first-team All-Big Ten. 2-3 Round
6-6, 309
Offensive Line
Ricky Wagner
A former walk-on tight end, Wagner's stock dipped a bit after being projected as first round pick before the start of his senior season. Wagner started at both right and left tackle during his time at Wisconsin and earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors for the second straight year in 2011. 3-4 Round
6-1, 234
Mike Taylor
Despite battling injuries throughout his career, Taylor was one of the most productive players in the Big Ten and ranked third in the NCAA with 150 tackles in 2011. However, the former two-time all-state performer from Ashwaubenon, Wis., was unable to compete at Wisconsin's Pro Day. Free Agent
6-0, 195
Marcus Cromartie
Cromartie never seemed to reach his full potential at Wisconsin. He does, however, possess good size at cornerback and could draw late-round attention. Cromartie ran a 4.38-second 40-yard dash at Wisconsin's pro day. 7th Round or Free Agent
5-10, 182
Devin Smith
Smith, who missed much of the 2011 season and ended up redshirting, ran the 40 in 4.50 seconds at Wisconsin's Pro Day. He will likely land on a roster as a free agent. Free Agent
6-0, 197
Shelton Johnson
Like Smith, Johnson will likely be a free agent at the end of the weekend. Johnson tallied 56 tackles in 2012 and ran a 4.40-second 40-yard dash at Wisconsin's Pro Day. Free Agent
