"I had a really good feeling, but I'm sticking with the writeup that I have to check out other schools. I'm going to Purdue next weekend, and then I'm going to Toledo, and then I'm planning on going to Wisconsin and Washington State in October."

Notable or QuotableWeah, 6'3" 195, worked out at Pitt's prospect camp this summer and said the Pitt coaches liked his potential on either side of the ball. For now he is focused on his senior season at Madison Memorial; after that, he'll look at taking official visits to the schools he is interested in. "I want to take officials to Wisconsin and Pitt; those are the two off the top of my head. And I'll probably take visits to some of the other schools, too."

Notable or QuotableWilliams has over 20 offers, but at this point seems to be concentrating on four schools. Along with Arizona State and Tennessee, South Carolina and Ohio State have definitely peaked his interest."With South Carolina my relationship with the coaching staff stands out and it's the same with Ohio State," he said. Williams plans to take official visits to both of these schools, but has yet to schedule anything officially."

Notable or Quotable"Wisconsin, Penn State, Nebraska, and Pitt talk to me the most," he said. "I went to a Wisconsin game, and then I went to the Nebraska game against Wisconsin. That was good. That was my first time there and it was great. They have really nice facilities and everything. "Those schools have kind of talked about an offer, but not really. I'm just going to wait until end of season and see what happens."

Notable or QuotableClement plans to visit Wisconsin before finalizing his college choice. Currently, he's a soft commitment to Pittsburgh. "I'll probably visit Wisconsin around Oct. 20 and that will probably be the final visit of the recruiting process," Clement said. "I already visited Nebraska. That was a good fit for me but it was a bit too isolated from everything. I wasn't too comfortable out there but if I had to adapt to it, I would."

Notable or QuotableAlthough he already has six offers in hand, West continues to see interest grow from more schools and could be on the receiving end of additional scholarship offers in the near future. "I am just being patient for Wisconsin, Ohio State and Indiana. They should be coming around soon," West said. "I've been talking to Wisconsin a lot and I was going to go [visit], but that's pretty far. I told them I would come down for a camp this summer."

Notable or Quotable Harvey (Ill.) Thornton Township three-star defensive back Jalen Banks made his first official visit of the recruiting process this past weekend to Wisconsin. His next official visit is tentatively planned to Vanderbilt the weekend of Oct. 13, and he is still working to schedule a date with Oregon to officially visit Eugene."

Notable or QuotableIn addition to Nebraska, Collins is receiving interest from several Big Ten and Pac 12 schools. He could be close to getting his first scholarship offers as soon as schools get a chance to evaluate his latest film. "I went to Minnesota last weekend and the coach that recruits my state was very reassuring and they are very interested in me," Collins said. "I went to Wisconsin two weeks ago and have been in good contact with their defensive backs coach."
