Dedeaux: Deep down I want to play
After catching 24 balls for 401 yards and seven touchdowns during his senior year, Bradley Dedeaux is looking forward to taking his game to the University of Kansas. The 6-foot-3, 245-pound tight end from Midwest City (OK) High School would love nothing more than to work his way onto the field as a freshman.
"I am really not sure when I will be in Lawrence this summer," said Dedeaux. "I am still working out and doing track and field right now. I actually throw the shot put, so that keeps me pretty busy. I am doing pretty will this season throwing the shot put.
"The coaching staff sent me a workout schedule, so I spend a lot of time doing that when I am not at practice," he added. "It keeps me pretty busy, but it's definitely worth it. I really can't wait to get to Kansas and start getting ready for the season."
