Throughout the 2013 recruiting cycle, Wisconsin has swung and missed on a number of the top quarterbacks across the country. Max Browne, Malik Zaire, Anthony Jennings, Kevin Olsen, Aaron Bailey, Tra'Von Chapman, Johnny Stanton and Shane Cockerille all reported offers from Wisconsin, but all chose other scholarship opportunities.
